What is your exchange & return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for store credit only within 30 days of your purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@sumstyleco.com with your order number and let us know how you'd like to proceed.
Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
A return-label fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All eligible returns are issued as store credit only.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping label?

Yes. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final store-credit amount.

What is your shipping cost?

All U.S. orders ship with an $8 flat rate.

How long does shipping take?

Edition 01 ships out during the first week of January 2026.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the USA only.

How do I know if I’m a member?

Approved members will receive an email confirmation and will see “Active Member” after logging into their account.

Can non-members shop?

For the soft launch, Edition 01 is available to non-members through December 31.
Standard members-only access resumes in January.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
